Dear valued client, we have had to enforce a booking and cancellation policy to ensure that your right as a client and our therapist's are protected. Due to our clinic being located on level 2 inside the Manchester Unity Building our business relies on bookings and not walk in's. Therefore due to a high demand for services, and with our therapist’s being highly sort after we ask that prior to booking an appointment you agree to our terms and conditions.
BOOKING POLICY
- Clients must arrive 5-10 (unless advised by MLABS) minutes early to all appointments to ensure that your appointment runs for the full duration of your scheduled booking time and the appropriate consent forms are filled out. If you are running late the clinic reserves the right to cut your treatment time or reschedule your appointment which may result in cancellation fees or loss of a treatment from a pre-purchased pack to ensure that our therapist’s are not late for their next following booking.
- For all new client bookings, you will be required to pre-pay a non-refundable booking fee to secure your booking, this will come off the total of the treatment on the day of the appointment. A deposit of $149 is redeemable if you purchase a package of treatments or service on the day. This does not apply to laser hair removal consultations.
- Booking fee's and deposits are non-refundable for change of mind
- A notification reminder will be sent via SMS 3-4 days prior to your scheduled appointment. Should you receive a second SMS reminder and should you not respond we reserve the right to cancel your appointment or offer your appointment time to another client. We understand that you may need to change your booking, and we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 48 hours to allow us enough time to offer that spot to another client, please phone the clinic on 9654 7562 or email This email address is being protected from spambots. * If our clinic booking policy is not suitable, we advise not going ahead with making a booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- For any cancellations or appointment changes, 48 hours notice is required. When 48 hours notice is not given, a $50 cancellation fee is required prior to booking your next appointment or a pre-paid treatment will be removed for your package.
- When a deposit has been pre-paid for the booking and there has been a late cancellation or no show, the deposit will be forfeited.
- If sufficient notice is given (48 hour’s prior) your full pre-payment will roll over to your next scheduled appointment.
- This policy is to confirm your commitment to attending the scheduled appointment & to protect MLABS interest in the incident of late cancellations or no shows.
